Sugar by Layla Frost

Sugar by Layla Frost

I thought I was chasing a big scoop. Did I follow a man? Maybe.

Did that man also happen to be lawyer to the stars, Easton Wells? Perhaps. Okay, fine. Yes.

But who among us wasn’t guilty of mildly stalking a hot older man who didn’t seem to know how to smile?

Rather than finding a groundbreaking story worthy of the front page, I stumbled into something far different. Far more exciting. And definitely more illicit. Gilded.

I wanted to explore the secret adult club to the elite. I wanted to finally understand the dark desires that lurked in the back of my head. More than that, I wanted Easton to be my guide.

But he wasn’t interested in a college student fifteen years younger than him. Not even when I served myself up on a golden platter. Misconstruing my curiosity as naive recklessness, he offered me a business arrangement instead.

I would get access to exclusive parties, powerful connections, and his influence. And he would get access to my time, attention, and company.

I would be Easton Wells’s sugar baby.

Playing with Fire by A.J. Ranney

Playing with Fire by A.J. Ranney

There’s a long list of reasons why I shouldn’t crush on the sexy firefighter.

Logan Murray is not only my brother’s teammate, he’s more than ten years older than me and seems to curse my very existence. I shouldn’t care but I do.

Oh, and did I mention I’m now the nanny to his twin daughters? I need this job and I can’t risk messing it up.

But the more time I spend with the single dad makes me think that his growly exterior might just be hiding something more.

I’ve always been taught not to play with fire. But for him, it might be worth the burn.

Ashes of You by Catherine Cowles

Ashes of You by Catherine Cowles

Five years ago, I nearly lost everything. But there was a glimmer of hope on that darkest night. There was him—a stranger I could never forget.

Now, I’m finally getting the fresh start I’ve longed for. But when I show up to interview for a nanny position in the small mountain town, the single dad has startlingly familiar blue eyes.

Eyes that have haunted my dreams for the past five years.

Lawson Hartley is everything I know I can’t have. Older, handsome, and my boss. Not to mention the shadows in his eyes that tell me he has demons, too.

Still, he seems to understand me better than anyone I’ve ever met. So gentle and careful of my scars, yet somehow making me believe I’m stronger than I ever thought possible.

And when his lips touch mine, I’m lost.

We find what we've been missing in each other. But the terrors of my past aren’t done with me yet, and this time, Lawson might not be able to save me...

Second Edition by Cleo White

Second Edition by Cleo White

In retrospect, it might not have been the wisest idea to hand in my v-card to a hot librarian I picked up at my mother’s cocktail party. In my defense, the man has a French accent, gray hair, and knows a lot about books. The cards were really stacked against me making good choices, folks.

I was probably naïve to expect a call after that, but when he didn’t, it hurt to accept he didn’t feel that same connection I did.

If that isn’t a sign you need to make a change, I don’t know what is. Too bad the “change” I get is six months in a remote French chateau, working as a nanny to an adorable little girl. Who happens to be the daughter of the single dad I had sex with in a grocery store parking lot.

Ellis Delvaux has made it clear he isn’t interested in a relationship. Unfortunately, when you’re a hopeless romantic spending that much time with someone you’re attracted to, in what might be the most beautiful place on the planet, things happen.

And sometimes, to avoid those things happening, you come up with a list of rules to facilitate six-months of secret, no strings attached sex with a man who is as off-limits as it gets. What could go wrong?

Older by Jennifer Hartmann

Older by Jennifer Hartmann

Before he discovered my age, he uncovered my heart.

Bruised and abused, and victim to a loveless household, I shimmered with new life the moment he found me drowning my sorrows in a lake beneath the stars.

A chance encounter. An unspoken connection. I was smitten. He was curious. But, as everyone knew, fate could be decidedly cruel.

He called me Halley, like the comet. I called him Reed.

And my best friend? Well… she called him Dad.

Chasing the Wild by Elliott Rose

Chasing the Wild by Elliott Rose

What happens when you’re snowed in on a mountain ranch, with the one man you definitely should not be fantasizing about?

I’ve always done what was expected of me. Layla Birch, the good girl. Forced to grow up too fast. To take care of everything myself. I had a plan.

Only, I didn’t count on him. Colton Wilder. The cowboy nearly twice my age. He’s my dream man. One who takes care of me, gives me a job, and makes my pulse thud harder every time he comes near.

My ex-boyfriend’s father.

The nights are long and cold on top of this mountain. As the snow grows thicker and the tension builds between us, we’re both inching closer to a line we shouldn’t cross.

Each day, it grows harder to resist the man who looks at me with longing in his eyes. It’s tempting to forget about being the good girl for once. No one would find out. Would they?

Unholy Vows by Mila Kane

Unholy Vows by Mila Kane

We never should have met. She wandered like an innocent lamb into my world, and the door slammed shut behind her.

Leaving her alive and free was a risk no capo would take. I’ll let her live, for a price.

Her freedom.

She isn’t what she seems, but it’s already too late. I'm obsessed, and nothing, and no one will keep her from me.

A forced marriage, age gap dark mafia romance with a jealous, possessive Italian boss anti-hero and the feisty young nurse that wandered unwillingly into his dangerous world.

Here With Me by Brooke Montgomery

Here With Me by Brooke Montgomery

When we met at the rodeo, I only knew his first name. Sparks ignited between us, and we spent an unforgettable night together. It's not until the morning after when I recognize his last name do I realize who he is.

So I do what any rational woman would and make the walk of shame while he sleeps. It's not like I'll ever see him again or have to explain why I left. But I'm proven wrong when he shows up at my family's ranch as the new farrier.

We can't be more than friends—for many reasons. He's twice my age, workplace relationships are off-limits, and he moved back to rebuild a relationship with his son—the one I used to date. Getting involved would ruin everything.

As we struggle between right and wrong, our connection deepens even though his traumatic past makes him doubt he deserves a second chance. But it doesn't matter when everything's against us, including a rival who's out to get me and my ex who's determined to win me back.

After a riding trick goes wrong on his watch, he insists on taking care of me. Even though the odds are stacked against us, we keep the truth to ourselves. But secrets don't stay hidden for long in a Southern small town.

Heartless by Elsie Silver

Heartless by Elsie Silver

Working as a nanny for the world's grumpiest single dad should have been simple. Except I can't keep my eyes off him. And he can't keep his hands off of me.

Cade Eaton is thirteen years older than me and barely looks my way. Until I get him in the hot tub one night for a game of truth or dare. Then all bets are off - and so are our clothes.

He's gruff, a little rough around the edges, and it turns out broad-shouldered ranchers with filthy mouths are this city girl's kryptonite. So who am I to resist?

But in our quiet moments together, he softens, and I start to realise his hardened exterior is just a façade. Someone once convinced him that his best wasn't good enough. Yet I've never felt more cherished than I do in his arms.

My contract may say this arrangement is only for two months. But my heart says this is forever.

Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez

Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez

After a wild bet, gourmet grilled-cheese sandwich, and cuddle with a baby goat, Alexis Montgomery has had her world turned upside down. The cause: Daniel Grant, a ridiculously hot carpenter who’s ten years younger than her and as casual as they come—the complete opposite of sophisticated city-girl Alexis. And yet their chemistry is undeniable.

And every minute she spends with Daniel and the tight-knit town where he lives, she’s discovering just what’s really important. Yet letting their relationship become anything more than a short-term fling would mean turning her back on her family and giving up the opportunity to help thousands of people.

Bringing Daniel into her world is impossible, and yet she can’t just give up the joy she’s found with him either. With so many differences between them, how can Alexis possibly choose between her world and his?

Latte Darling by S.J. Tilly

Latte Darling by S.J. Tilly

I have a nice life—living in my hometown and owning the coffee shop I’ve worked at since I was 16.

It’s comfortable on paper, but I’m tired of doing everything by myself. Tired of being in charge of every decision in my life. I want someone to lean on, someone to spend time with, sit with, hug. And I really don’t want to go to my best friend’s wedding alone.

So, I signed up for a dating app and agreed to meet with the first guy that messaged me. Now here I am, at the bar. Only it’s not my date that just sat down in the chair across from me. It’s his dad.

Holy hell, he’s the definition of Silver Fox. If a Silver Fox can be thick as a house, have piercing blue eyes, and tattoos from his neck down to his fingertips.

He’s giving me Big Bad Wolf vibes. Only instead of running, I’m blushing. He looks like he might just want to eat me whole.

Praise by Sara Cate

Praise by Sara Cate

He calls me perfect. His flawless pet. His good girl.

Broken down, and wounded by my emotionally neglectful ex, I wanted someone to tell me I was good enough. Then, I stumbled into a new job with a boss who brought me to my knees - literally. He has me do things a real secretary would never do.

Emerson Grant tells me I’m more than just good enough. I’m worthy of his praise.

There are a million reasons why I should stay away. The owner of the Salacious Players’ Club is not just my new boss - he’s twice my age. And my ex-boyfriend’s father....

With him, I am treasured. I am adored. I am his. I’m a good girl, but I’m falling for the wrong man.

Emerson Grant knows what he wants - and he wants me. So, how far will I go to hear his approval?

The Confidence of Wildflowers by Micalea Smeltzer

The Confidence of Wildflowers by Micalea Smeltzer

My future is a big "what if" at the moment and I'm fine with that. For the most part.

When Thayer Holmes moves in next door, the grumpy landscaper both fascinates and amuses me. When he asks me to nanny his kid, it's a great way to make some extra money.

It's impossible not to fall in love with Thayer and his adorable son. There's a big problem though. I'm eighteen. He's thirty-one.

Falling for someone almost fifteen years older than me wasn't part of my plans, but sometimes things happen when you least expect them.

The Naked Fisherman by Jewel E. Ann

The Naked Fisherman by Jewel E. Ann

It's official. I'm eighteen and a young woman with endless possibilities on my way to reunite with my mom in Colorado after five years apart.

At the airport, she springs the news on me ... she's leaving for a month of job training.

And me? I'm left on my own in the basement she's renting from the fisherman, aka her landlord who lives upstairs.

He's ten years older than me. Never wears a shirt. And makes it hard to remember all the things I learned at Christian Academy.

Did I mention he’s also my new boss?

Don't Kiss the Bride by Carian Cole

Don't Kiss the Bride by Carian Cole

I guess you could say I was a damsel in distress, and he was my knight in shining armor. But more accurately, I was a girl with a lot of bad luck, and he was a guy with a lot of muscles and tattoos and a big heart.

Jude "Lucky" Lucketti wasn't just a sexy, brooding construction worker. He was my own personal hero, showing up in all the right places at the right times. Like when my car broke down and I needed a ride home, and when I face planted on the sidewalk right in front of him and he rushed me to the emergency room.

Those weren't exactly my best moments, but they were his. When he approached me with a crazy idea to help me out with my many problems, I couldn't say no. He offered me a lifeline.

The arrangement was supposed to be temporary. A marriage on paper and a safe place to live—nothing else.

It should've been easy, but it wasn't. Because here I am, eighteen years-old, married to a man sixteen years older than me who I was never supposed to fall in love with. We had just one simple rule—no kissing the bride. But then, we broke that rule.

Now, I really don’t want that divorce we agreed to. Does he?

Chasing Love: Billie by K.L. Shandwick

Chasing Love: Billie by K.L. Shandwick

With a broken marriage behind me and nothing but cold wine and regrets ahead, I didn’t expect to find myself in a downtown bar, soaking wet and staring down my cheating ex-husband as he cozied up to the younger woman he left me for.

But fate? She’s got a twisted sense of humor. Because just as I’m about to fall apart, a ridiculously hot younger man drops into the seat across from me and smirks like he already knows all my secrets.

Then he leans in close, his voice a low growl that sends shivers down my spine. “Want to make him jealous?” I laugh it off.

So he says the words that change everything: “I dare you.”
One kiss. That’s all it was supposed to be. A little payback. A moment of revenge. But when Sawyer Wild touches me, it doesn’t feel fake. It feels electric. Dangerous. Real.

Now this younger man I never saw coming is calling all my defenses into question. He’s not just sexy—he’s patient, protective, and stubborn enough to challenge every lie I’ve told myself about who I am now.

I’m a single mom. I’ve been shattered. And the last thing I need is to fall for a man who should be off-limits. But it started with a dare. And now I can’t stop.

The Man I Can't Have by Shanora Williams

The Man I Can't Have by Shanora Williams

It started as as a simple search for a landscape designer.

I wanted a beautiful backyard for my new home, and my neighbors suggested I look into ward landscaping and design. The owner had no pictures of himself on his website. Just a portfolio of nice outdoor sitting areas, pools, and vibrant gardens that I’d always dreamed of having.

Of course, I hired him. I expected to meet an average guy, but Mr. Marcel Ward is far from your average man. He’s handsome, well-built, and his smile - though a rare trait - is truly infectious. He’s every woman’s dream - a handsome, older man who doesn’t mind getting down and dirty to create something beautiful all because of his passion for it.

Unfortunately, that lucky woman can’t be me. Although Mr. Ward tests my limits, quickens my breath, and makes my heart skip a beat when he’s around, I’ve made a promise to devote myself to my husband.

So, why am I falling for a man I know I can’t have?

Irresistible by Melanie Harlow

Irresistible by Melanie Harlow

I’m a full-time single dad to three daughters and CFO at Cloverleigh Farms.

I don’t have time to fall in love—I’m too busy trying to run a business, keep the red socks out of the white laundry, and get the damn pillowcases on without owing a dollar to the swear jar.

Sure, Frannie Sawyer is beautiful and sweet, but she’s twenty-seven, the boss’s daughter, and my new part-time nanny—which means she’s completely off-limits. It’s bad enough I can’t stop fantasizing about her, what kind of jerk would I be if I acted on the impulse to kiss her? (Exactly the kind of jerk you’re thinking.)

Actually, I’m worse than that—because I didn’t stop with a kiss, and now I can’t stay away. She makes me feel like myself again. She reminds me what it’s like to want something just for me. She’s everything I ever needed, but nothing I ever imagined.

I’m a former Marine. I should have had the strength to resist her from the start. But I didn’t. And now I have to choose between the life I want and the life she deserves. Even if it means giving her up.

Mr. Masters by T.L. Swan

Mr. Masters by T.L. Swan

He is powerful, older, and my boss, a lethal combination. Job satisfaction has taken on a whole new meaning.

When I lied on my resume, I didn’t expect it to matter. I mean any child would love me; I was born to be a nanny. I applied for a position working for a woman, or so I thought. But Julian Masters is definitely all man...the kind you dream of licking chocolate from.

The first day was bad. The kids were the spawn of the devil and I spied through a window and caught him doing something obscene...and equally fascinating.

The second day was worse, he caught me snooping in his bathroom cabinet in my skimpy pyjamas and all hell broke loose. On the third day, I ran over him in a golf cart. And by day four I had decided that I wanted that chocolate...all of it. Melted...on me.

But intelligent, widowed Judges don’t fall for ditzy nannies. Or do they?

Look the Part by Jewel E. Ann

Look the Part by Jewel E. Ann

Flint Hopkins finds the perfect tenant to rent the space above his Minneapolis-based law office. All the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted on Ellen’s application. Her references are good. And she’s easy on the eyes.

Until... Flint discovers Ellen Rodgers, Board-Certified Music Therapist, plays music. Bongos, guitars, singing—not Beethoven administered through noise-cancelling headphones.

The cut-throat attorney serves up an eviction notice to the bubbly, constantly-humming redhead who's too sexy for her own good. But luck is on Ellen’s side when Flint’s autistic son, Harrison, takes an instant liking to her. A single dad can’t compete with guitars—and rats. Yes, she has pet rats.

This woman... She’s annoyingly happy with a constant need to touch him—adjust his tie, button his shirt, invade his space, and mess with his mind. Still... She must go.

Their lust-hate relationship escalates into something beautiful and tragic. This sexy, romantic-comedy explores the things we want, the things we need, and the impossible decisions parents and children make to survive.

Loving Mr. Daniels by Brittainy C. Cherry

Loving Mr. Daniels by Brittainy C. Cherry

It was easy to call us forbidden and harder to call us soulmates. Yet I believed we were both. Forbidden soulmates.

When I arrived to Edgewood, Wisconsin I didn’t plan to find him. I didn't plan to stumble into Joe's bar and have Daniel's music stir up my emotions. I had no clue that his voice would make my hurts forget their own sorrow. I had no idea that my happiness would remember its own bliss.

When I started senior year at my new school, I wasn’t prepared to call him Mr. Daniels, but sometimes life happens at the wrong time for all the right reasons.

Our love story wasn’t only about the physical connection. It was about family. It was about loss. It was about being alive. It was silly. It was painful. It was mourning. It was laughter. It was ours.

And for those reasons alone, I would never apologize for loving Mr. Daniels.

Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G.

Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G.

My c*ck has an appetite. A huge and very particular appetite: Blonde, curvy, and preferably not a liar... (Although, that's a story for another day.)

As a high profile lawyer, I don't have time to waste on relationships, so I fulfill my needs by anonymously chatting and sleeping with women I meet online.

My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats. This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less. At least it was, until Alyssa...

She was supposed to be a 27-year-old lawyer, a book hoarder, and completely unattractive. She was supposed to be someone I shared law advice with late at night, someone I could trust with details of my weekly escapades.

But then she came into my firm for an interview—a college-intern interview, and everything changed...

A Different Blue by Amy Harmon

A Different Blue by Amy Harmon

Blue Echohawk doesn't know who she is. She doesn't know her real name or when she was born. Abandoned at two and raised by a drifter, she didn't attend school until she was ten years old.

At nineteen, when most kids her age are attending college or moving on with life, she is just a senior in high school. With no mother, no father, no faith, and no future, Blue Echohawk is a difficult student, to say the least.

Tough, hard, and overtly sexy, she is the complete opposite of the young British teacher who decides he is up for the challenge, and takes the troublemaker under his wing.

This is the story of a nobody who becomes somebody. It is the story of an unlikely friendship, where hope fosters healing and redemption becomes love.

But falling in love can be hard when you don't know who you are. Falling in love with someone who knows exactly who they are and exactly why they can't love you back might be impossible.
